It spins fine; you need to manually straighten out the handle to make it perpendicular to the mop for a proper spin, but that's ok. It comes with two mop heads, which allows me to keep one for dusting around furniture legs and the other for wet mopping. It's a little hard to switch mopheads, but I can do it with a metal pry. Price was certainly favorable to other models.
