If the product arrived damaged or deemed defective as a result of our production, we will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund. Please contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping label within 90 days from your purchase date. We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization number and require that you email us a photo of the defective product.
If the product does not arrive damaged, and you would like to return the item, you would be required to ship the item back, well packaged, at your own cost. There will also be a 25% restock fee placed upon the returned item(s) refund amount.
