this is nice looking table but you do get what you paid for. The knobs on the handle is plastic and after adjusting it a few times, they broke and then the table has slanted to the left and unstable.

The worst table ever. The quality is very poor, at first we thought that the screws were missing but then we found them inside the tube and it was not possible to take them out of it as it is sealed, at the end we had to catch them blindly, horrible experience.

The unit arrived with external packaging damage. Items inside were damaged too. But because there were no assembly instructions, hardware was poorly packaged, I suspect this is a previous customer return. It is hard to tell if the damage was caused by shipping or the previous customer who returned it or both. The base appears to have been still factory wrapped so if this was a return, it was never assembled. I'm an engineer and can figure out how things should be assembled but I just don't want the pain of replacing the customized broken plastic parts. Darn, I have been waiting for this to show for a week now.
We were okay with the lack of a stable table. We have one like this already that we have used for years successfully to hold a wireless keyboard and mouse but it broke after putting too much pressure on it one day.
On the plus side, this table has 4 roll around wheels that are out of the way if you sit in front of it. Just like our current roll around stand. It is not meant to hold up a large laptop.
March 1, 2014 update:
The item was sold by Rhett PDX and shipped FedEx. We sent images of the damaged box and Rhett PDX has promptly processed a return and refund for this item. Although the package was very clearly labeled "FRAGILE Please Handle With Care, GLASS" both sides of the package, it had shipping damage anyway. Looks like the front of a fork lift went through one of the box ends. This is the only package ever delivered by FedEx that was damaged that I can recall.

This desk COULD be a wonderful thing to have. As it is, it's useless. I gave it 1 star because I can't post without some kind of rating. IT'S ACTUALLY WORTH ZERO STARS.
The threads on the screws that hold the preferred angles of the tops are CHEAP PLASTIC and don't hold.
This WORTHLESS thing has thrown my laptop onto a hardwood floor TWICE because of these cheap screws.
This company could charge us the extra 25 CENTS it would take to put proper screws on this thing and everyone would be happy and they'd have a wonderful product. Not to do so amounts to deliberate screwing of unsuspecting consumers.
DO * NOT * BUY * THIS * WORTHLESS * GARBAGE

I could not get it to stabilize. It seem to be top heavy. Wheels were too small for the size of table-wanted to tip over instead of roll across the floor. Returned item

We use this in the TV room. Especially convenient when looking up something we don't understand in a program or for doing casual research without firing up the main frame computer. Assembly is simple and it is a fair product. Be careful with the instructions; they are not written well.

I've been using this from the day it arrived until now and will use it until it breaks, but hopefully that will never happen. I'm able to roll it around from room to room and raise and lower it to what ever height I may need.

it would be a bit nicer if the bottom were a bit heavier and lower profile so that it fit under the couch.

Laptop desk is flimsy. Computer rest section is unstable and won't stay in fixed position. I sould not recommend to anyone that they buy this product.

Had problems with this from the start. I couldn't get it to tilt the way I wanted it to because it's set in certain tit positions. Also, the knobs that raise and lower the table and tilt it, became stripped within a month. I had to use it with the table sitting on the armrest of my recliner the knobs wouldn't hold it in position anymore. Because the mouse table doesn't raise or lower, I wasn't able to use it and just had my mouse sitting on the arm of my chair also. It just kept getting in the way, so I removed it. It was so hard to use, that whatever's left of it is now sitting on my porch, waiting to be sent down to the trash.
