This works right out of the box. It's a simple snap on of the mop head and screw in the two pieces of the handle to the head. No tools required. There is a section of the handle that will show you how not to tighten the handle for the spin device to work.

If you own a "magic mop" do not think you are purchasing another one. This is not a "magic mop" ! The box reads "storm mop", and the old saying"you get what you pay for applies here. The magic mop I own is the best mop I ever purchased , this mop is a cheap wanna-be. Pay the extra bucks and get the REAL magic mop. Will be sending this one back.

Terrible. I had another version of this mop that I loved but the bucket spring a leak. So wanting to keep the old mop, just needing a new bucket I bought this one because it was less money. Well, I can see why. You have to fill it up to the line, cannot just do small jobs or the mop won't get wet enough. And it doesn't spin nearly as easily as my other one did. True in this case, you get what you pay for. Even the handle of the bucket is uncomfortable to hold, it is hollow on one side and hard to hang onto when full without hurting your hand. Never again will I try to save money. I will purchase what I know is a good product.

Packaged well did not receive information on how to assemble and use. Thought it would be a no brainer was so wrong.
